We did a limited alpha release of our new Linux client last month and are actively pushing towards a wider beta release. We learned a lot from our first stab which had a host of issues, but don't worry, we're back at it with purpose π
A few months ago, I recorded a podcast with Jack from @tuple.app π₯Ή It's an episode in their Distributed podcast (tuple.app/distributed/). I talk about async work, long-form writing, Slack withdrawal symptoms, and my personal approach to work. If you're interested: www.youtube.com/watch?v=1X9h...

A dev I talked to said his favorite tool for development recently is called:
(I was expecting some AI IDE)
(Drumrollβ¦ it wasnβt)
Tuple!
Itβs a lair programming tool that allows βtaking overβ the other personβs screen/IDE. Apparently his whole team uses it daily & love it
Appreciate the feedback Chris! We've been tinkering with how invites work in an effort to simplify. I'll drop you a DM to get more context so we can properly work it into our iterations

Back in December 2024, Jack Hannah invited me to join him on an episode of Tupleβs new podcast, Distributed (tuple.app/distributed/). I am excited to announce that it went live today at ~5am EDT on podcast players, and will be going live on YouTube at 2pm EDT!(youtu.be/l7hUn1zTLC4?...)
as are we... but what we had out there wasn't up to snuff (and getting worse π ). hope to be able to give it another go down the line. as a 10 person company, the constraints are real
ICYMI: Tuple is free for OSS teams, forever.
