I have years to go before my not-yet-born son will be exposed to the all-consuming black hole of the internet + social media. But already, I’m wondering how I personally can limit his exposure over the coming years and build a community of like-minded parents so he won’t be the only kid offline. 2/?
First, watch Adolescence on Netflix—a terrifying but incredibly well-written four-episode series. It is well worth any parent’s time—or anyone who regularly comes into contact with young people in this intensely online era.
