Yesterday afternoon, Environment Minister, Tanya Plibersek approved four new coal expansions.

Her office then put out a post claiming she'd approved no new coal mines this year.

This government was elected on a climate mandate, promising to end the climate wars.

They lied.

This is the planned bike path network for the #Paris region for 2025.

It will involve 450 kms of lanes. Not just #Paris intra-muros (within the Périphérique) but Grand Paris—a true regional network, incorporating long-neglected banlieues (suburbs).

Yup! Should be advocating for wider bike lanes so they can use them. They do this in NYC and the Netherlands. Probably more places too.

The “war on cars” has always been a lie.
