Image recognition has a long way to go, though. Finnish cuisine may not just be compatible with the dataset used to train the models. Also, I'm using an app that uses the phone's LiDAR scanner to try and determine the amounts of food but many times it's way off...
Have to admit AI tools have made it easier and less cumbersome to track what and how much I'm eating. Filling in MyFitnessPal has always been a pain, so just filling in a prompt is quite handy.
Do you run a Ruby meet-up, user group, or similar? We'd love to send some stickers and, perhaps, some Finnish treats for your next event!

Depends? Are you programming out of the joy of programming, out of the joy of doing it yourself? Highly likely that in that case it’s art. You may find Brandon Sanderson’s recent talk relevant to your interests m.youtube.com/watch?v=mb3u...
More like sampling full sections of songs and calling them original compositions. Radio is full of that stuff nowadays.
Electricity prices in Finland are currently at their highest since Feb–Mar 2022. That was because of, including the harsh winter, we had 1 fewer nuclear power plants and suddenly stopped importing energy from Russia (guess why). It's insane some are thinking of building data centers here.
This album was a nice discovery for Friday morning. Power metal that doesn't annoy me. Quite a bit of Queensrÿche vibes in the vocals.

Donald Trump is unhinged and dangerous. He needs to be removed from office NOW.

I’ve been stalwart backer of transatlantic alliance all my life. I understand why Europeans have so far trod softly/tried to keep Trump onside. But, there comes a time when you have to face reality. The US is no longer our ally. Its defense guarantee is worthless. Time to kick ass back🧵
I guess "presidential diplomacy" in the National Securityy Strategy actually means "threatening our centuries-old allies with what amounts to economic sanctions until they give us the land we want"
To be clear: this is what Putin would try to do if the Russian economy were worth anything
Time to stop pandering the orange stain. The bullying and demands never stop. Time for Europe to fight back.

Amounts exclude VAT. Stripe & Tito fees have been deducted from ticket sales.
Travel costs were lower than expected, which increased the total, but organising tiny conferences isn’t a path to riches. 😅
Wait, it hasn't always been? I vaguely remember this being the case back when I had iPhone 4.
I don’t see how this country survives until 2029 unless Trump is impeached and removed. This level of lawless malice is not sustainable. What fresh horrors await us this week?
It's crazy (and sad) how well the theme's of Kurt Vonnegut novels still hold up.
Mother Night needs to be required reading for anyone working in the media. Especially in the US.

To be fair, though, most Metallica albums (even the classic ones) sound pretty bad and stuffy.
If there's one album that deserves to be re-recorded, it's Metallica's St. Anger. I'm in the minority who thinks that album rocks in the riffs department and it's the last Metallica album I dare to listen.
But man, does it sound bad... With proper production it wouldn't be as notorious as it is.
Ulver's Neverland is the band's best album since 2017's The Assassination of Julius Caesar. Been listening it to almost non-stop since its release a week ago.

No one wants to build bad products. But in an industry where programmers implement features to order, it can be hard to shake that feeling.
This is how orgs see the ROI of UX: as a soothing function to tell everyone they're doing a good job. And as a scapegoat, when we finally learn otherwise.

I’d set the expected sales to some min-max range of expectations you have (financially) and use that as the basis for the scenarios. But just focus on having something to reflect on when you start getting the real numbers and then adjust. I think your starting pricing plan is sound.
Market saturation makes it hard, but I don’t think 30€ is unreasonable. I think it comes down to your long term goals and what sort of average price you need to have for that period to reach them. Average price goal could potentially help you plan timing for sales/promotions etc.
One more music purchase protip, but only for the truest of the true dungeon synth sickos:
You can buy a lossless version of the original Moomin anime OST (www.moomin.com/en/blog/moom...) from here: ototoy.jp/_/default/p/.... Just translate the page to find the right buttons, and pay with PayPal.

On the bright side it does turn them on for a bit.

Bought a Boss OC-5 pedal and I absolutely regret not getting one sooner. Pairing it with distortion is just the sound I’ve always sought, but been too cheap to invest in effects.
