Gives me hope that the wallet I lost while ATVing in a cow field when I was 17 will turn up someday.

Good morning Toronto
it's a good rule to code by
Joystick, buttons and USB interface for arcade cabinet input.
Completed input prototype
A new project has arrived on the workbench. This is my prototype controller for investigating hardware and OS/software-side requirements for an indie arcade cabinet I'm working on for a client in SF. #indiedev #gamedev #arcade #pinball
One downside of doing client work is I don't have the flexibility to post pics and vids of the stuff I'm working on. So you'll just have to take my word that this shit I'm making is ๐ค

To be fair, this is a problem with the model, not threejs. The model has an embedded .psd texture reference that I have been unable to replace with the correct .png texture path.
Trying to figure out why I can't get the texture to show up on my character in @threejs.org like
We humans are suckers for fame and charisma.
The paint effect on the website is sooo cool! โจ๐๏ธ
It looks amazing! Congratulations! ๐งช๐จโ๏ธ
I've been working on a birb behaviour system based on designs, characters, & animations by @catferaday.bsky.social. Here's the first peep!

A few moments from the powerful, hypnotic, inspiring BEAK>
BEAK> performing at the Great Hall in Toronto
An impressive amount of pedals, gear and cables.
BEAK> last night at The Great Hall in Toronto.
That's rad! ๐๐ฅ๐
I totally know the feeling, I'm also juggling 5 projects right now; 4 games and a marketing/fundraising gig.
The most fun you can legally have with a goat!
St Patrick station in Toronto. I'm always torn between are they ever gonna fished renovating and actually this looks pretty sick.
Wolf Parade last night in Toronto. A rare opportunity to see a unique Canadian band, these guys always bring it.
Super cute!
You're right, the voice actor aspect is a huge problem that I hadn't considered. I guess I was under a rock because I somehow missed the Aloy video and subsequent discourse. And now they've pulled it so I can't see first hand. But I get it.
Here's the working pop-up fidget gadget ๐คฃ. Side note: it's odd that @bsky.app UI apparently doesn't allow for vids and pics in the same post ๐ค
Exploded drain pop-up mechanism
Reassembled pop-up
It works!
One advantage (in a long list of advantages) to being a maker is when your pop-up sink stopper gets jammed you can rebuild it.
In the context of a video game, wouldn't the LLM be running locally? And trained within the studio?
Don't get me wrong; I still like you and all. It's just that I would like to see a little explanation of why you find the thing interesting enough to show me.
I do a subtle internal eye roll when I see a _writer_ repost without adding a little something about why they're reposting.
Motor-driven mechanical sound effects!?! Did we really not know how to make digital "pew pew" sounds in <checks notes> 1978?
Adding this to my TODO list.
I 100% agree with the points in your image, but (and I'm not trying to be devil's advocate here) aren't all of those things also happening in parallel vis-a-vi the internet? I mean, we can boycott AI, but the fallback is still big tech and everything that comes with it.
Tyranny is exactly the right word for it.
