Now, more than ever, we must ensure libraries stay strong, accessible, and well-funded for future generations. Letโs honor our librarians not just with gratitude, but with action. The future of our libraries โ and the Wisconsinites who rely on them โ depends on us.
The time to act is now.
Win reelection Tuesday night, show up in Kaukauna Wednesday to fight for our kids and our public schools!
I will keep fighting:
๐ For our students
๐ For our educators
๐ซ And for the future we all believe in
Thank you, Wisconsin, for trusting me to continue this work.
โDr. Jill Underly
State Superintendent of Public Instruction
But the work isnโt done.
With growing threats from Washingtonโincluding efforts to dismantle the Dept. of Edโwe must stay united and protect our schools.
โ
Raised graduation rates to the highest in state history
โ
Moved WI to 6th in the nation for K-12 schools
โ
Expanded career & tech ed
โ
Raised standards in math & science
This victory reaffirms what we believe:
Public dollars should fund public schools.
Every child, in every zip code, deserves a great education.
Tonight, we celebrate a win for public educationโand for every kid, parent, and educator in Wisconsin.
Iโm deeply honored to continue serving as your State Superintendent. ๐งต

Kinser is running a campaign based on lies. The data tells the real story: Wisconsin schools are strong, and Jill Underly is delivering.
Brittany Kinser keeps claiming Jill Underly โlowered standards.โ
But hereโs the truth:
Wisconsin ranks 10th in the nation in cumulative NAEP scoresโand 6th in the country in the latest U.S. News & World Report public education rankings.
Thatโs not failure. Thatโs results.
Trumpโs cuts to local food programs are already hurting Wisconsinโschools, childcare centers, food banks, and farmers.
Brittany Kinser thinks โtalking to Republicansโ will fix it.
Thatโs not a plan. Itโs naรฏve.
We need a fighter, not a bystander.
Her goal is to expand charter school funding at the expense of our public schools, which are already underfunded. We certainly can't afford two parallel systems of schools in our state.
Vote Jill Underly and support our public schools.
LETTER: Don't fall for this, voters. If Brittany Kinser has to use deceit to boost her chances of becoming the steward of statewide public education, she doesn't deserve the job.

Iโm proposing a $60M investment in Career & Technical Education across Wisconsin. This means better equipment, stronger programs, and real opportunities for students to graduate ready for the workforce. Itโs time to raise the barโand invest in their future.
Brittany Kinser wants to tie Wisconsinโs education system to a federal test that may not even exist next month.
Itโs reckless, itโs out of touch, and it proves sheโs more interested in political talking points than real education policy or a plan for the future.
Wisconsin deserves leaders who will stand up for our libraries, not ignore their slow demise.
Small libraries across Wisconsin are already bracing for the pain from Trump cuts to federal funding โ and Brittany Kinser still wonโt even acknowledge the damage being done. These cuts threaten the very resources rural communities rely on.
โWhen asked about a shutdown Kinser said that so long as Wisconsin continues to receive the federal education funding it currently receives, she is open to changes.
But other than the money for student loans it appears that all other funding to Wisconsinโฆwill be lost.โ
No questions about kids going hungry.
No questions about lost federal support.
And Kinser? Silent. Again.
The press needs to stop letting her skate by while students are paying the price.
Trumpโs cuts to school meal programs are already hitting Wisconsinโand Brittany Kinser has said nothing.
She held a press conference today, and not one reporter asked about the devastating impacts these cuts are already having on students and schools.

Trump is cutting up to $1 billion from Wisconsin schoolsโand lobbyist Brittany Kinserโs response? โWe will figure it out.โ
Thatโs not a plan. Thatโs a shrug.
Our kids, our teachers, and our schools deserve better than excuses while our schools are being dealt devastating cuts.
