Not arguing but the man simply loves showbiz/music history (c.f. his equally pointless note-for-note cover of Louis Prima's "Just a Gigolo.") Think of it as a variety show performance- Jerry Lewis doing a throwback homage to "Yes Sir, That's my Baby."
