also shoutout to my mom who would stop at all the weird hobby shops around town to let me oogle the cool Japanese pokemon stuff, love ya Mom! 🥹
yeah!! I have so many good memories from that following summer '99. wandering around the neighborhood with batteries and link cables to trade and battle with other kids, ducking inside to play OoT when it got too hot, golden times!
lmao I didn't catch it either 🧐
a black cat (Shadow) curling up for a snooze facing in the direction of the window he watches
a valentine from a a friend, a black notebook with a smiley face chaos cross painted on the cover, a small metal bell, assorted plants, and other spicy items
"South Florida gothic" yellow apartment building, darkened courtyard, and some parking spaces
a shrouded skeleton taking a nap in the grass beside a green chainlink fence, a sewer grate, and some rectangular cement poles

my lil guy came out of the kiln
a school of fish in white lines on a magenta field. they are painted over 9 square canvases to form one image

not a lot of personal art to share for 2025, but coming together to work on a new music video for @extensionchord.org each month was the highlight of my year.
every song brings me right back to the memories of the month that made it and I can't wait to do it all over again
amongst ferns sits a green plastic crate filled with a rainbow array of cables. nestled inside are a couple rodents with extension cord tails and the words "surge protected" in cut-out letters
In honor of the digital age, another digital offering.
Another year of life encapsulated into these audio files & images.
Huge thanks to all who collaborated.
Our 2025 album Surge Protected is now out on all streaming platforms.
Please join us for next year’s journey!

I live in southern Florida and I swear I CAN take the heat but I'm shivering at standard room temperature and if it gets much lower than that I'll die
fantastical drawing of a cactus, colored in bands almost like a sweater or a knitted sock. several small birds are sitting on and around the cactus and on the top of its stems. both the cactus (Weberbauerocereus) and the birds are native to mountainous regions of Peru and Bolivia
writing down the names of these birds before I forget. That's golden spotted ground dove on the ground, the brown and black medium ones are band tailed seed eaters, and the little ones are dark face ground tyrant. might add some more
Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas 💚
oh no, I'm so sorry. my condolences to you and your family
I imagine before it was NES carts it was vinyl records that needed the dust blown off them, and something else before that. ancient knowledge passed down from one generation to the next: if it doesn't work blow air into it.
I learned it from my older cousins
I apologize for my tone. what you've been told is a misrepresentation. cows are not bad mothers. if they were then beef calves would be separated as well because dead calves are lost profit. dairy calves are taken from their mothers and raised on formula because lost milk is lost money.
strangely convenient that dairy cows are bad mothers but beef cows aren't, don't you think?
someone driving by (in a "cool car" I'm told) waved J over and said he loves our yard and now he's doing a wildlife garden too !!
ooh that Lapras makes me feel young again
maybe so. but for that moment, they shared their discomfort with everyone around them. that's the crack that lets the light in, I hope.
I'm sure you're exactly right but man am I behind on my backlog
