Want to give a shout out to Non Steam Game Launchers. By far the best way I have found to run Battle.Net and wow so far. Even lets me use steam as the launcher to the launcher.

Everything is installed and I begun ricing KDE. Used #gemini to create a wallpaper for my druid to use as the inspiration for my color pallet. Was able to theme the colors in KDE to the burnt orange as well as updated #ghostty colors as well as #fish and #starship. More work to do!
Ok. So today’s Linux reinstall turned into 2 reinstalls. Gnome was all set up ave my ptt script worked, EXCEPT, my guild enforces ptt in discord. Soooo a fresh reinstall of KDE. I’ll rice it tomorrow but for now everything is working! Discord and Gnome, please get your shit together. Thanks 💙💙💙
System drive layout for Linux Instalation
#ProjectLinux2026 I used Gemini to work out a new disc layout for my install. Performed some system testing and here is my roadmap. Posting this right before nuking a few things.
Current status: Reinstalling CachyOS fresh. 💿

The road had bumps. While moving dev files from WSL, I accidentally nuked my Windows bootloader. 💀
Instead of fixing it, I took it as a sign. I’ve formatted the Windows drive and converted my game drives to BTRFS. No turning back now.

I’ve officially survived one full month on Linux! 🐧 No issues doing what I need, and most importantly, WoW is running perfectly.
For 2026, I’m starting fresh. I’m ditching KDE and moving to CachyOS + GNOME/NIRI. 🛠️
