I simplified lots of our components by removing `forwardRef` and `displayName` (thanks React 19!).
Let me also share some of the UI pieces Iβve worked on, like this animated placeholder that helps users see the progress of image generation.
During my first days at MITO, I focused on polishing the UI. One of the earliest tasks was migrating from Radix to Base UI to establish stronger foundations for building great components and interactions.
Some good news! This month I started working at Mito as a Product Engineer.
Super excited about the project, the team, and all the challenges ahead.
Lots of learning, lots of interactions, lots of fun!
This year Iβm hoping to share more here, whether itβs work, thoughts, or ideas. Weβll see if I can stick to it π
Remember when we said auto layout was coming to Sketch? Itβs here. Itβs called Stacks, and itβs part of our biggest release ever β out now.
Thereβs a lot to cover, so buckle up and weβll take you on a tour.
Also, stick around for a surprise at the end of the thread. π

Ya hay que ser malnacido para justificar a Israel y al asesino de su Presidente.
View Transitions are probably one of my favorite CSS features at the moment. You can enable them for any website today by adding the following code snippet into your CSS:
@view-transition {

a few common Bluesky misconceptions i see in articles
hereβs a CSS reset iβve been using lately, loosely based on @joshwcomeau.comβs jakelazaroff.com/words/my-mod...
I created a Bluesky Starter Pack! π
It includes ~75 wonderful people in the web dev community who are doing inspiring work. I know Iβve missed some folks; I plan on adding to it over time.
Starter packs are such a great idea. Immediately makes Bluesky feel less lonely for newcomers. π
