I’ve often lamented at the fact that grocery store vegetables and fruits don’t taste like anything anymore. When I was a kid oranges, mangoes, and guavas, etc were so fragrant and the taste was so rich. Now they hardly have a fragrance and just taste sweet.
AI agents are pretty cool actually. Writing code is a lot less tedious than it used to be. Now it’s mostly just telling your IDE what to do.

I used to struggle with this. The thing that really helped me was letting my brain get bored during the day for an hour or two.
I think I heard about this in a TED talk. our brains need some time to process thoughts. If you keep busy or listening to music during day, it will happen in bed.
