Honestly, I don't blame you for saving Up In Smoke for Jan 😅 It's not a dark book. In fact, it's definitely one of my faves I've ever written 🥹 But the vibes aren't as fluffy as some of my other books lol. Hopefully it'll be an uplifting read for the new year, though! 😍

I have friends who are more like family, and I've put a lot of effort into building better one-on-one relationships this year. My orbit is filled with a constellation of truly fantastic people who I am grateful for every day.

⭐️ Of course, this didn't just happen overnight by taking a pill. I've been working with my incredible therapist for several years now. I'm extremely fortunate to have the most awesomely supportive husband and family-in-law.

My RSD is so much quieter, making it easier to protect my peace and not get caught up in drama that doesn't really affect me or get my feelings so badly hurt by what other people are doing. I feel like at 40, I finally started becoming the person I was meant to be all along.

I've been able to make lifestyle changes that helped me lose a considerable amount of weight and greatly improve my fitness. My finances have never, ever been this organised and controlled. I was able to stay focused enough to work on just one series all year.
