this is why for all plugins and applications i own i’ll still download high seas versions so i can do my own version control, the amount of times i’ve updated kontakt or other synth vsts and it’s completely broken old projects is embarassing
i lied
things have done the opposite of improving, and it's more important than ever that me and my wife can find someplace that feels safe to live
the craziest thing to me? i'm further into LP2 before debuting it than I was with Sunrise Roadshow when I debuted it (SR was 3 tracks past concept board, LP2 is 7 tracks past concept board)
as it stands, LP2's style comes from the same wheelhouse as Sunrise Roadshow, emphasizing less electronic and more symphonic and acoustic elements (with some songs being outright rock)
world's last garden LP2 is 7 tracks in so far (making it at the 35%-45% completion mark) which means the first single will come out soon (ish?)
i forget it can post on this much safer platform some times
honestly both are fucked but ZZZ desktop is around 70GB so to have the mobile version keep high fidelity assets while keeping small size is impressive

if you told me in 2015 that toby fox and camellia would be doing music for an OFF remaster i would laugh in your face
however they could TOTALLY pull what they did with legends arceus and release it three months before gen 10, but with all the hype and huge development window behind it, i believe Z-A will be pokémon’s grandiose title of the year
i’ve personally theorized that this year, LEGENDS will take the main-line pokémon release window instead of gen 10, given the in-house delays and whathaveyous leading me to believe a main-line title won’t be arriving this year at all, perhaps in 2026
i’m primarily going off of a general window of 6-8 months, and it would make plenty sense imo because the larger game releases (pokémon included) have been in the fall, but big nintendo releases are usually in spring which makes this release VERY different than regular
calling it now, the Nintendo Switch 2 will launch in fall, and Pokémon Legends Z-A will be a launch title.

i know it definitely IS possible, as foobar2000 gives that option at least by just adding the replaygain tag, but even then it’s been very finicky in my experience and doing your entire library can suck (i have ~20k songs that would have to be analyzed)
legit had replaygained three of my albums and because there were two acoustic tracks quieter than the rest it ended up making the WHOLE ALBUM quieter, it’s way too busted
