I'm delighted to have been elected as the Conference Convenor for the Scottish Liberal Democrats, as well as a Scottish Rep to Federal Council.

I'm looking forward to working with all committee and Exec members, both old and new, in the coming term.

I am genuinely touched. I'm sad not to have gotten on to FCC directly, but incredibly glad Jennie did, even if she does massively decrease the average height of the committee.

Anyone who has paid attention to Lib Dem internal election results for the Federal Committees will know I missed out in my attempts to get directly elected for Federal Council and FCC.

I am frankly appalled at the decision regards quotas, and have already emailed withdrawing my consent for data use regards 'sex'.

Hard to tell, but I think they are in certain situations.

Excellent article. Leadership of all political parties could do with internalising this - yes, even my own. @libdems.org.uk have so far resisted doing this about immigration but they're damn sure doing it with trans people.

If I were a nerd I would have pointed out that the specific regulation is BS 7671.

I suspect it's somewhere buried within wiring regs.

There are definitely zones within bathrooms (based on proximity to shower head/taps) within which all electrical have to have a certain level of IP rating for water.
