I personally don't do much highlighting and concealing in the plain text format, because I don't like it when text moves around during editing due to conceals etc. The exception to that are images (only on hover), which I do like, via image.nvim.

Just had my first experience reviewing a paper which was obviously LLM garbage. If you’re a journal editor who wants to find real peer reviewers in the future, do not ask us to review things which are clearly not real after reading two paragraphs. 🧪
