That's really amazing. You must have put in a ton of hard work! You'll definitely get it next time.

1.5 years of studying for the N1? Or of Japanese? Getting that close to N1 after only 1.5 years of study is seriously impressive. I've been living in Japan for just over a year and I barely feel N3.

Is this a project you're planning to open source? I would love to be able to track commit by commit to better understand the concept.

To be honest, I've been struggling to write my own atproto app and some better examples would be super useful

"εΏƒεΎ—" being read as "γ“γ“γ‚γˆ" and not "しんとく" is why I'll never be good at Japanese

Just sold my home(s) in San Francisco. I officially cannot go back 😬 Time to ensure this whole Japan thing works out!

Any noice.nvim / #neovim experts out there that now how to prevent it's signature help from overlapping with my cmp results? I'm basically using vanilla settings.

I feel this should just work out of the box... πŸ€”

After 4 years in SF, today I'm packing up my home for a big move. I'm moving to Tokyo, Japan to start a new company πŸ˜…

So many memories over the last 14 years of living here. Lots of friends I'm saying goodbye to. But I'm excited for this next adventure and stage in my life!

I'm pretty proud of myself this month. On the first of the month I decided I needed to lose weight. 30 days later and I'm 11 lbs lighter!

Lots of jogging, lifting, and most importantly portion control!

Hoping to lose another 9-10 lbs before Thanksgiving!

@samuel.bsky.team πŸ‘‹ Is there a "blessed" place for folks who want to build on the at protocol to discuss and ask questions? A discord or something like that?

Thank you! πŸ™

Ash Framework A declarative foundation for ambitious Elixir applications. Model your domain, derive the rest.

Now that I'm getting more and more into Elixir programming, I've been really fascinated by the Ash framework (ash-hq.org).

I love the idea of expressing your domain as "data" (sorta) then reaching into domain via outer layers (web UI, APIs, etc). Still a few sharp edges, but lots of promise!

I initially didn't come over on the first wave, but I figured the second wave of BlueSky signups was the ideal time to transfer over.

Just now need to teach my feed to only give me the programming content I crave 😁
