i once joined a group of physicians in this effort, but most impacts from the labor of that group, like CA's AB-2098 (Physicians & surgeons: unprofessional conduct) have come n gone, lost in a widespread desire to "return to normal" even as the pandemic continues. i hope your suggestions are heeded.
