Man I love my fish functions, a magical api endpoint on my personal page to invalidate my custom cache system whenever I post a blog every thousand years, and I can hit it up from anywhere in my shell with a couple keystrokes

it's so weird watching people continuously pledge allegiance to multi billion dollar corporations and then experience heart break

these are just things you use when they're useful save your heart for real people

I don’t think atomic desktops are always good for dev, and some directories are protected for some reason

Yeah hence I leaned more for a bigger screen with desktop Linux, but I didn’t even know Graphene supports foldables! I thought besides Pixel it was more of uncharted territory

Idk how plausible it’d be but replacing the iPad with a 12 inch convertible laptop, similar to @frame.work 12, rocking Linux, would be ideal since I only use the tablet for like, Netflix, YouTube, PDFs reading and pretty much that’s it, on top being a fully capable small laptop is a portability plus

I’ll reach my peak when I have a @grapheneos.org phone, a @fedora.fosstodon.org.ap.brid.gy Workstation, and a secondary device for gaming with @bazzite.gg

Currently I have an iPhone 12, a laptop which is my main and only PC with Fedora with KDE, and an old (9th gen I believe) iPad

we still need good docs and tutorials and tailored progressive disclosure

Since they are gonna be getting ads now maybe everyone circles back to search engines hopefully, and potentially even divert from Google into other alternatives like StartPage, Qwant, or Ecosia

I hope that since AIs are going to be full of ads now even non technical ppl will circle back to normal search engines

I am always talking about @deno.land but I also frequently mention free software so I figured what best way to unify my interest and put the money where the mouth is, hope this issue is resolved soon @tinyclouds.org

No one will tell me programming is nowhere near done until I see AI chat apps rendering Markdown and LaTeX correctly, seriously how the hell is it still so buggy

Even for normies KDE would be instantly familiar and most desktop apps even myself I install with the Discover UI through Flathub instead of terminal shenanigans, Fedora is rock solid for daily usage, no surprises or funny business

There's something that makes me happy about how due to uni my desktop usage has changed a lot and you can perfectly see how Linux is a fully functional Desktop for 99% of use cases and nowadays much more stable and intuitive than Windows

I will not stop using an occasional emoji here and there in my readmes just because of AI, why do I have to lose expressiveness, em dashes stopped being an AI signal, so idc if it abuses of emojis too, I should be able to use them
