Do I really REALLY want to wake up at 4am to watch Arsenal play against Mansfield in the FA Cup?
That's a pretty brutal kickoff time for a match that if we are being honest isn't the most compelling or with the biggest stakes given the level of favorite that Arsenal will come in with.

I did notice that. I see that they also now have distance stats on BBC (but nothing on sprints)
Premier League Points vs xPts - 2025-2026 Through Round 29
Itβs kind of bizarre that there was this big announcement about distance covered metrics and sprint data, we got it for a weekend (and aggregated previous season) and then poof π¨ it was gone. I havenβt seen any follow up to this at all. fotmob.com/topnews/2266...

Spurs might seriously get relegated. I thought nah, it is just fun banter but I think we are real serious not a joke level probability right now.

Massive appreciation for Havertz today.
His sub made a massive difference towards Arsenal's ability to grab a foothold in this match.

Arsenal could guarantee finishing above as many as 5 additional teams this round. The magic number is down to 26 for the title.

There would be a limit of two unsuccessful challenges

Just the single shot (0.03 xG) vs Chelsea.
It does look like I had too high of expectations for the shots and 2 per 90 is where he is settling in.
He's managed just 0 or 1 shot in 14 of his 23 appearances with 45+ min played.
Yeah they have the bench monitors. Iβm interested in how long they have to make a decision on a challenge and how far back can you go. Could the other team speed up the restart to try and limit the ability to challenge?
Yeah I think thatβs they basically always have been. Itβs never been ball touch arm is always a foul, there have always been certain things you have to judge in that situation.
βͺThis is an interesting proposal. Not sure too much changes overall given its a low scoring sport and if there is a hint of controversy you should challenge and try to overturn a call. Maybe more go to the monitor situations, fewer pause and wait for VAR?β¬
