Right. He won even bigger in 2024 than 2016. That's why it would require even more of a dramatic shift for Talarico to win than in 2018, when Beto got close and still lost. From GOP +9 to gop +2 is a big shift. Trump won by 14 in 2024.

I doubt it. Also the percentage of the electorate that is hispanic is actually pretty low relative to their population.
