There’s never enough money for schools or healthcare or veterans.

But there’s always enough money to bomb people on the other side of the world.

We can support the democracy movement in Iran without bombing innocent schoolchildren and sending our American troops off to die.

Video appears to show U.S. cruise missile striking Iranian school compound The seven-second video was released by Iranian state media and directly contradicts statements made by President Trump, who said Iran was responsible for the strike.

The Iranian girls’ school was hit by a US tomahawk cruise missile. NPR has confirmed the footage.

If Iran does anything that stops the flow of Oil within the Strait of Hormuz, they will be hit by the United States of America TWENTY TIMES HARDER than they have been hit thus far. Additionally, we will take out easily destroyable targets that will make it virtually impossible for Iran to ever be built back, as a Nation, again — Death, Fire, and Fury will reign upon them — But I hope, and pray, that it does not happen! This is a gift from the United States of America to China, and all of those Nations that heavily use the Hormuz Strait. Hopefully, it is a gesture that will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP

Trump is completely flailing. He didn't anticipate the economic blowback and now he's trying to undo the past 10 days and contain the damage.

The silence is deafening from most “pro-life” conservatives about Trump bombing an elementary school.

Reporter: You just suggested that Iran somehow got its hands on a tomahawk and bombed its own elementary school on the first day of the war. But you're the only person in your government saying this. Why?

Trump: Because I just don't know enough about it.

'Ridiculous': Kristi Noem's 28-year-old aide wasted millions on unusable ICE vehicles A former deputy to outgoing Homeland Security chief Kristi Noem saddled the department with millions of dollars in wasted funding for vehicles that cannot be used.U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcem...

A Noem aide spent $3 million on pickup trucks emblazoned with the ICE name & logo, which ICE agents -- notoriously averse to advertising their presence -- will not drive, so they're just sitting in a lot, useless. The contract went to a Trump donor who owns a regional Chevy dealership.

BREAKING: Judge Brann has ejected the new leaders of the NJ U.S. attorney's office, once again finding the Trump administration is illegally attempting to circumvent Senate confirmation.

He says this could result in dismissals of indictments.

This should, with no sarcasm or irony whatsoever, be the highlight of every Democrat's campaign starting today. Trump just effectively gave the corporate version of a pardon to the most hated company on the planet. Absolutely no one supports this.

What isn't mentioned is that the Republicans are having their conference at Donald Trump's resort. In other words, it's a kickback to line the venal simpleton's pockets. We are living in the most corrupt times.

Think we may have lost the moral high ground when it comes to dispensing refugee advice to other countries.
More broadly, the US has been simultaneously telling Europe it is destroying itself by accepting refugees from the Middle East, and also setting the scene for the next refugee criss.

This is not true—driver’s licenses aren’t acceptable under the SAVE Act without additional proof of citizenship. The fact that they keep doing this sleight of hand should make clear that the SAVE Act is not something that “every American gets”

I understand that there are a lot of folks on the left who instinctively recoil from religious language, and with good reason given its use by the right.

But please listen to this, and focus on how he's trying to realign "Christian values" so they align with and advance progressive policy goals.

Some justices are afraid of applying the Sixth Amendment to supervised release violations because it would render these no-jury, no-reasonable-doubt trials unconstitutional. SCOTUS came one vote away from doing so with full force in US v. Haymond. Gorsuch is still pushing for it, rightfully so IMO.

Bypassing juries, trials, and the reasonable doubt standard in this way may hold some obvious advantages for prosecutors. But whether this arrangement can be squared
with the Constitution is another thing. Under the Sixth
Amendment, this Court has held, “[o]ther than the fact of a
prior conviction, any fact that increases the penalty for a
crime beyond the prescribed statutory maximum must be
submitted to a jury, and proved beyond a reasonable doubt.”
Apprendi v. New Jersey, 530 U. S. 466, 490 (2000) (emphasis added); see also Erlinger v. United States, 602 U. S. 821,
833 (2024); United States v. Haymond, 588 U. S. 634, 644
(2019) (plurality opinion) (collecting cases). The Court’s
failure to grant review to address whether what happened
to Mr. Burnett complies with that Sixth Amendment rule is
unfortunate. I can only hope we will take up another case
like his soon—and that, in the meantime, lower courts will
more carefully consider the Sixth Amendment’s application
in this context. Respectfully, I dissent

Gorsuch dissents from the Supreme Court's refusal to consider whether a judge (not a jury) can extend a person's prison sentence by finding, by a preponderance of evidence (not beyond reasonable doubt), that he violated supervised release. (I agree with Gorsuch.) www.supremecourt.gov/orders/court...

Don’t let Fox get away with it this time. Spread the word.

Fox & Friends Weekend replaced footage of Trump attending yesterday’s dignified transfer with a clip from 2025.

They clearly didn’t want their audience to see him disrespecting fallen soldiers wearing a baseball cap.

They've now killed four people -- three U.S. citizens and a Mexican national. They've shot several more.

They've lied about all of them. They haven't shaded the truth. They haven't "misled" us. They've brazenly, knowingly lied while in possession of the evidence disproving their lies.
