I'm not familiar with the Spotify player but it may well be possible, I built a proof-of-concept tool using Acast as the source, but a lot of creators seemed to stop using the platform. If you aren't comfortable writing your own code to do the job then there might be tools out there you can use.

Some roviders that have their own web player will typically have some metadata for the episode that tells the player where to disable skipping/seeking for the embedded ads. Read that and use ffmpeg to chop out the ads and glue it back together. Might be a tool to do that if you don't want a project.
