well they say that for caffeine addicted people it just brings you up to the same alertness as people who don't drink it at all, rather than gives you a boost. i.e. better to get off it
They just showed the ones they didn't need to convert, and skipped anything from the mid-90s. The quality was quite good. They didn't rate well on The Vault though which is why they stopped showing them.
