What brand is that? Also, do you use Stainless for everything? Like fried potatoes etc. would be more suitable for Carbon steel?

I think it depends on perspective. It really is not a simple question. for example, the developers of Tarkov, who are based in russia, spreading nazi propaganda, directly supporting the invasion of Ukraine, there are numerous cases. I am biased against this, I don't have a simple answer here.

Yes, the platform is great, I've used it before. It's that scaling becomes expensive, compared to, for example, Cloudflare Workers. However, this is a narrow case, mainly for the js ecosystem. I really like and admire the Fly team and their products.
