Laptop got upgraded to Pop OS 24.04. It's a bit nicer, but I'm just beginning to try stuff out. Mostly liking that I can now update some stuff that was being held back due to being on 22.04 for a long time.
I'm curious how bad the tear is, like if it would be possible to patch it to keep it going a bit more.
I think they only changed it once, or someone fat-fingered a value, since the actual cost was only partially changed. Even then, it was in an option so rarely picked that nobody really noticed.

Another thing.
Blue Prince's lore has a country whose main form of transport is land turtles. It's so prominent that it's a part of their rune sigil. I'm baffled as to WHY THERE'S ZERO COMMUNITY FANART OF THIS, AND THE ONLY DEPICTION I FOUND IS A TOY TURTLE IN-GAME.
COME ON. TURTLE TRANSPORT.

Another annoying thing about Blue Prince is all the RNG needed to actually solve some puzzles, even if you know the solution. It gets annoying when multi-day setups are ruined. Better hope you get the exact draws you need, otherwise you may need to retry a few days a few times.
Example: for at least two puzzles, you wait until a certain time in-game.
There's no fastforward, so you spend 40 minutes of real time each time you want to attempt it.
I think this is one of the only games I've played where "go do some chores" is the proper way to play the game.

I've been playing a lot of Blue Prince recently. I've been keeping track of stuff in an Obsidian vault, which served me surprisingly well.
It's a great game overall, but I feel that there's quite a few issues with it.
