I think it's a GenX thing, not feeling 'enough'.
Like...I'm non-binary (technically trans) but not trans enough.
I'm ADHD, but masked for 50 years, so I dont feel neurodivergent enough.
I've got fibro and CFS, but because I work, I don't feel chronically ill enough.
Obvious winner for me is bananas, which taste and smell foul. Some people put them in smoothies and claim they're just for texture and that you can't taste them, and those people are wrong and bad and should feel bad.
Somehow, I'm cool with plantains, though.
Honestly, dragonfruit. Very beautiful, tastes like disappointment
Pears. Not unpleasant if perfectly ripe, but that's about a five minute window. Outside of that they're either like a lump of wood or just mush.

Ten days ago I set off on an expedition to cross the Finnmarksvidda plateau in northern Norway on ski. After five days of hauling a pulk and camping in temperatures below -30°c, we travelled just under 100km.
Today I tidied my bedroom and threw out a lot of paperwork.
I'm not sure what I was procrastinating against, but it feels good to have done.
Maybe I'll find out tomorrow what I should have been doing instead. Apart from the podcast, obviously. :D
