me & my kids are LD Lapinski completists. me & older kid (11) absolutely loved Charlie Jane Anders' YA trilogy last year. Younger kid (8) equally loved Helena Duggan's Light Thieves trilogy which was great for talking to them about the world due to the extremely Musk-coded billionaire antagonist
