Its always Bandcamp Saturday for me, living in NZ. Most of the correspondence happens while I'm asleep and I miss it all.
Timezones muck everything up when measured over a 24hr period. If they made it the weekend it would solve lots of problems worldwide!
If the engine reliability is like this on Sunday the only cars finishing the race will be Ferrari.

This process/dance is my favourite part of the design job. It is such a satisfying feeling and it's because you have to push past the hard problem to see something previously unseen.
I would scrutinise any service design decision that boils access down to a single channel, how is it accessible? What happens if the channel is unavailable or unable to meet the users needs?
