I have a craving for, of all things, a SALAD BAR. I miss the pre-covid reality of buffet food. Gimme a 1980's Sizzler with all you can eat Shrimp and Salad Bar. 10-year old me would make a "salad" of everything but the lettuce, drenched in blue cheese dressing and fake bacon bits.
