Neglected a small Laravel app for a while and decided to upgrade it and move it to a new server on forge. Took a few minutes and all was up and running again.
The Laravel VPS on Forge are impressive tbh.

Back at work after a three-week break. Did I miss anything besides the lifted token limits for Claude?
I love how Claude Code pats itself on the shoulder from one agent to another for the excellent research a lot lately. Everybody needs some pampering π.
Last month I deployed a Filament + Livewire app that was written by Claude Code. I wrote less than 300 lines.
The client had a limited budget, but it worked. I ended up adding some nice-to-have features.
Would you read a blog post about it?
This is now always the first thing I add to any project. After every edit, hooks run linting and the test suite. If an edit was made to a file without tests, Claude needs to write the tests first.
Uff, after upgrading to macOS and iOS 26, my Logitech MX Keys S keyboard doesn't connect to either device. Neither Bluetooth nor the Logi Bolt works.
Of course I no longer have the receipt, and the Logi support bot is useless. Is this a known issue, or did my keyboard break?
First day at work after 20 days of vacation with my wife. I feel so refreshed.
Before, I was using Claude Code a lot. Is it still good, or should I give Codex a try? I downgraded right before the vacation, so I'm open to giving Codex a try.
Scotland kind of feels like the "Switzerland isn't real" meme.
Once Laravel Cloud supports Reverb, I'll be moving a bigger app to it π€
I really like the navigation in Laravel Cloud and decided to build it in Filament v4.
Check out the tutorial and code β¬οΈ

Was just working on it again yesterday. Right now Iβm thinking to either show the avatar or to truncate the text. Will have to give it a try.
A few weeks ago, I had my Aaron Francis moment. Someone contacted me to mentor them with a Filament project, all because of my Youtube videos and blog posts. That felt wonderful.
Today marks what would have been my grandfather's 100th birthday. He passed over a decade ago, but I still cherish our conversations. He was a fascinating man, and many buildings he designed still stand in and around Lucerne. I have to visit the city archives someday.
Cool. Iβll let you know once the code is a bit more polished and ready to be used.
Working on a Laravel Cloud-style navigation for a Filament v4 project, and it's coming along nicely. π€
If you're interested in a tutorial, the code, or both, let me know!
Pest v4 is here β now with browser testing! Browser tests that feel like unit tests: Laravel-ready, Playwright-powered, parallel-fast, with smoke & visual regression built in. Discover Pest v4 β and our new website: pestphp.com?ref=v4
Iβm going to give it a shot, not yet sure when, but soonish.
Totally
I wonder how complex it would be to build a Filament v4 navigation in the style of Laravel Cloud. Anyone tried this already?

Filament V4 Tip: Multitenants and Nested Resources
When your nested resource model uses a hasOneThrough relationship to your tenant model, you might want to disable the tenancy for the nested resource (of course check that your authorization works).
Now that Laravel Boost is out, I need to rethink my own Claude Code hooks, agents and commands.
Combining them in a project worked quite well, but I need to remove some MCPs that do the same as boost.
Is there already a betting platform on who will join Laravel Inc. next? I have a few guesses π
π Laravel Boost is here
Let me show you how to elevate your AI tools and boost your Laravel development.

Gave Warp with GPT5 a try this morning to compare it to Claude Code, it's not bad but it does overengineer stuff in my experiments, even when told not to do so.
I really wanted to like Apple Reminders and used it for a year as my personal task list. However, the UI on macOS led me back to Things 3.
The keyboard shortcuts are fantastic, it integrates well with Apple Shortcuts and finally Siri is good enough to understand my accent π
Here are the results, canβt wait to try
