I am grateful to be a part of many communities at this point in my life. I find I spend a lot of energy translating among them, moving ideas & actions from one circle to another & so forth.

Something I think about a lot is not only my family of origin, but my community of origin. It’s so small and tight-knit that it has affected me like a family in many ways.
