Toggl Track: Was adding new entries always a premium feature?
It has always been just me using it, but this is such a pain to add entries as a solopreneur.

Enjoy the parts of your process that are beautiful. π
7/7 To my clients past and present: Thank you for trusting me to help create workspaces that enhance your creative flow.
Your success is what drives me to keep learning and improving. π
6/7 I'm always learning and growing alongside my clients. Because that's what I hope great creatives doβwe evolve with our craft.
5/7 Building your workspace isn't about copying and pasting. It's careful crafting, testing, and refining until we have something that truly works for YOU.
4/7 The planning phase isn't just about making things look pretty, although I use hierarchy as a big influence in my work.
It's about creating a structure that makes sense for how my clients actually work.
3/7 When I work with clients, I start with discoveryβunderstanding their creative process, pain points, and goals.
I uncover everything possible to identify potential patterns and opportunities. This shapes everything that follows.
2/7 My approach combines creative thinking with practical organization.
Just like in graphic design, it's about solving real problems with intentional solutions.
Two years of being a Notion Certified Consultant has taught me this:
Every creative's workflow is unique. It's not about templatesβit's about understanding the human behind the process. π

Just getting into it!
Props for maintaining a car with windows that can still roll down!!
Well now I know what Iβm craving! π
Bummer that the gif isnβt working, so I guess full video it is
I could go to sleep, or i could Faces.notion.com > Photoshop > character animator > obs
Iβve had to revisit the same Notion formula for my client a few times this year.
Mainly because with more time you discover more data.
This shows how often your system can evolve.
Reasons why we need more people with 28 day cycles to highlight this because our productivity works differently π
YES to cycle syncing. Iβve been a little heartbroken because I havenβt had a regular cycle but hoping to have it again soon!
I think with other content types it might be different? What are some types of contact do you feel like you're connecting with someone else? Maybe that can give you some insight π
Is it okay that I hate the word, "churn"?
It sounds like people are talking about wanting to hurl chunks and I don't like that image in my head when I'm talking about businesses. π€’
Make with notion, Notion ambassador meetups, and now Reddit DMs the small-talk question is the same:
βHow did you get into Notion?β
I am enjoying my client work so much these days, I wanted to sign off a meeting by saying, βlove you!β
Aww the gradient is so subtle too! So cool!
1. Keep meetings scheduled with 30-minute padding for post-meeting reviews AND pre-meeting prep
2. Keep new prospect meeting days and client focus days on different days.
3. Keep Notion CRM and client dashboards in the foreground for documenting tasks.
I am grateful that SEVEN people have scheduled intro calls with me to discuss working together.
But now that ALL those calls are scheduled in the same week, there are some things I am remembering to do to stay organized:
Yβall know how to best balance the βwhat the fuckβ to βletβs figure this outβ in very distinctly different ways π
Drawing of man sawing wood plank with βLucas @ Tanaka Farmsβ captioned at the bottom.
It was bring your wife to work day, and I got to help Lucas work on some projection mapping for Tanaka Farms in OC π
I like to start every sketchbook with a blank page.
It helps to get rid of any pressure of what it needs to be, or what I expect it to be.
Here is my Bluesky equivalent. π
Every scene felt like it was something I wanted to spend time pressing pause just to study. worth the wait!
Solid reminder. I was tasked to organize what everyone was bringing for Thanksgiving π
