I’ve had to revisit the same Notion formula for my client a few times this year.

Mainly because with more time you discover more data.

This shows how often your system can evolve.

Reasons why we need more people with 28 day cycles to highlight this because our productivity works differently 💙

YES to cycle syncing. I’ve been a little heartbroken because I haven’t had a regular cycle but hoping to have it again soon!

I think with other content types it might be different? What are some types of contact do you feel like you're connecting with someone else? Maybe that can give you some insight 💙

It sounds like people are talking about wanting to hurl chunks and I don't like that image in my head when I'm talking about businesses. 🤢

I am enjoying my client work so much these days, I wanted to sign off a meeting by saying, “love you!”

1. Keep meetings scheduled with 30-minute padding for post-meeting reviews AND pre-meeting prep

2. Keep new prospect meeting days and client focus days on different days.

3. Keep Notion CRM and client dashboards in the foreground for documenting tasks.

I am grateful that SEVEN people have scheduled intro calls with me to discuss working together.

But now that ALL those calls are scheduled in the same week, there are some things I am remembering to do to stay organized:

I like to start every sketchbook with a blank page.

It helps to get rid of any pressure of what it needs to be, or what I expect it to be.
