Constellation 2.0 connected ACMI's XOS with DFF's visitor experience, creating a model for sustainable digital transformation.
Key findings highlight the importance of institutional readiness, strong leadership, and mentorship models for successful cross-institutional projects.
Just published: RMIT researcher Jasmine Aslan's evaluation of Constellation 2.0, our cross-museum digital collaboration with Deutsches Filminstitut & Filmmuseum!
Jasmine's work investigated how both our museums implemented a joint digital initiative across borders and institutional contexts.
We're looking forward to seeing what continues to come out of these projects in the future - and are excited to be working on Round 2 of the Small Research Program as we speak π
A key outcome of this research program was the diversity of disciplinary perspectives. Each project revealed different layers of meaning and possibility within the same exhibition space, demonstrating the value of interdisciplinary collaboration between museums and universities.
