Maybe establishing a publicly funded payment processor would be a way to achieve this? Maybe an extension of the Fed? That's asking for further government which people would hate, but it might actually make shit cheaper and ensure there's no influence from shareholders on what's allowed to exist.
These decisions are clearly targeted at getting undesirable users off of any platform possible and to censor content through a loophole, and that needs to be recognized. They need to be forced to accept and process money for such transactions no matter what.
Utilities can't deny service to customers based on who they are or what they do in their own time. A waterworks can't shut your pipes off because you're a sex offender. Why should a payment processor be treated differently?
Might be a stretch but I'd call what payment processors are doing to online NSFW content creators a civil rights issue, and that these companies should be labeled as utilities instead of purely financial corporations.
