I don't think there is. The three main sources for WordPress plugin vulnerabilities are patchstack, wpscan and wordfence. Their main offering is security plugin/service. They provide basic search interface for looking up existing vulnerabilities, but API access are not free (maybe for open source ?)

This thread here actually reminded me of something else that has been staring in my mind for a while. And that is how Extensibility in WordPress Core used to drive a lot of contribution opportunities where it becomes harder and harder to use those same approaches.
