I see you are defending the unlawful lies of the government that support genocide. Labour’s founders would be disgusted by your kind.

That’s the sort of argument that kept Labour strikers at bay until finally they broke the mould and changed the laws, for the better, but now it’s come full circle.

When the government loses their appeal, the police will come knocking on the doors of unlawful β€œlawmakers” and justice finally prevail

Brazenly curbing civil rights and thwarting terrorism are not mutually exclusive.

Ambiguity of the law has gone into a nonsensical realm when our elders are being labelled β€œterrorists”. Current ruling is that the proscription of PA was unlawful, which shows how government is manipulating the law.

The Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 and Public Order Act 2023 have curtailed protest rights, allowing police to impose restrictions based on noise and stop-and-search without suspicion.

Nationality and Borders Act 2022 curtailing immigration rights.

There’s more of course.

Since the 1980s, a pattern of erosion has emerged:

Prevention of Terrorism Acts from 1974 Anti-terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001, Terrorism Act 2006 expanded detention powers and surveillance capabilities.

2016 Investigatory Powers Act, often called the β€œSnooper’s Charter”…

My observation is that successive governments since Thatcher have gradually eroded civil rights and only a few partial reversals have been made even though it would have been super easy with a massive parliamentary majority to fully reinstate or even improve on previous civil rights.

Feargal Sharkey is a staunch Labour voter from working class background, which makes no difference to simple market economics.

Thames Water failed to secure 3bn from KKR, the ONLY private firm considering, again because TW is worth ZERO.

No amount of growing up will change these facts.

Everyone knew he was a liar from the get go, but many just thought he was their liar.

Doh!

Wait for it…Wait for it…U-Turn

Yes US can use UK bases, and supply data etc.

Chaos will expand and UK will be embroiled in another illegitimate and illegal war in the Middle East.

Trump + Starmer = Bush + Blair 2.0

If Starmer is ousted, he’ll sit next to Blair on the Bored of Peace.

Mahmood is the nightmare character in her very own delusional fairytale that dreams Labour could ever win another election on a platform of lies.

You can do better than vote twice, you can join and turn up to a meeting, if you haven’t already.

You’d feel even better if you joined.

πŸ‘†oh shit, so she does!

As a Labour rep of the highest order, you just don’t wear such a colour unintentionally.

Some did that, but didn’t leave the party, maybe hanging there in the hope the internal tide will change. I think a lot of die hard Lab voters are wishing on the same star.

Every commercial shareholder is aware the value of their share can go down as well as up.

If you do even the slightest bit of reading around this subject you will learn that the value of these water companies is zero.

About 20mins into this interview Feargal Sharky gives a detailed breakdown.

I agree with the Green who voted in favour of the solar panel array, citing climate emergency over eyesore.

There may have been another site to do it on, but since it’s already changed from forest to denuded farmland, a temporary array of panels is no more damaging than previous land change usage.

Feargal Sharkey

Astute

Articulate

Absolute charm to be sure.

Riveted to every word and insight.

Blessed to have him championing water.

We’d be a lot safer with him leading nationalisation of water, or Environment Agency…under the Green Party.

or vision for that matter.

Vegetable’s make way more sense.

Re-nationalise Yes!

Cost to buy = Β£0

Why? Because the assets are worthless, and the business is in debt.

Why? Because corporate corruption stole all the value.

Cost to rebuild = priceless

Why? Because our health is worth more than profit.

Billions need to be invested to get us to pre-Thatcher.

04.03.2026 21:31 πŸ‘ 0 πŸ” 0 πŸ’¬ 1 πŸ“Œ 0

Despicable and sadly predictable.

Starmer & Co have no political capital remaining so figure they might as well go out scorched earth fascists.

In a way this is going to make voters’ choice so much easier.

Selfservatives/Conform/Liebour (corporate racists) vs Greens (everyone else who care)

That’s assuming there are assets worth something to pay for, but err newsflash they said the assets are worthless themselves, because they didn’t invest in them, just stripped the services bare.

Not only will shareholders get nothing but those responsible will be prosecuted.

The tactic is doomed to failure for two reasons. The first is that their core voters despise Reform's ideas and values, so sharing them is alienating. The second is that the Greens' policies do reflect Labour voters' core values, so opposing them is still more alienating.
