Best to browse for reviews on youtube - I wouldn't go for any of the big office names (Dell, HP, Lenovo), but there are a ton of very capable machines from Chinese OEMs (Minisforum, MTKtec, etc). Also in terms bang for the buck, the apple mac mini is kinda unbeatable
