GCP in Journal of Starship Design;
βReminded of resistance on Earth when sail ships were replaced with mechanisation. Starfleet held us back by not scrapping ancient ships, ones at Wolf 359. We had new ships & weapons, including Galaxy, that should have been well into service.β
