TIL there's an islet off Denmark called Saltholm ("Salt Islet"). The Øresund bridge would have been shorter going over the island, but it was a wildlife sanctuary, so it goes around it and over an artificial island built for the purpose, which they of course called "Peberholm" ("Pepper Islet").

My point being, from what I'm reading about him, he doesn't seem like the kind of person who would own a gun at all, much less the beast they claimed to find on him. It seems much more likely to me that they lied about him having a gun in the first place, and just used one of their own guns.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the gun they claimed to have taken from him happens to be the same kind that ICE are known to carry- and none of the photos of him show the kind of bulge that gun would produce...

I would be interested in comparing notes with others on what country to choose. My notes so far say Spain is best for EU, Uruguay or Mexico for Latin America, and Thailand or Indonesia for Asia.
