The first piece of jewelry I’ve ever made completely from scratch. I cut and polished the jade, I soldered together the back and the bezel, I even made the bail out of a piece of scrap silver. It was really difficult and it’s still not perfect but I’m so proud of how it came together! 🩶

There it is! Finally, a real solution for how to style all of the HTML form controls using your own custom CSS to change anything — building on an interoperable UA set of defaults.

First, styling the in-page part of controls + the popover for <select>. (Later we’ll do popovers for more things.)

I’ve been trying to eat more healthy and more plant-based this year. It’s been a work in progress! 🥗

It’s really convenient! The screen and USB-C charging is great and I don’t feel like I have to be as precious with it as with older devices. I never owned an SP so I can’t really compare but it feels exactly how I thought an SP would feel!

I’d love to have an original SP (it was my dream console when I was younger) but this is a really nice alternative.

It’s actually an emulator! I think the brand is Anbernic? Hayden has a lot of GBA games and Pokémon Leaf Green was his favorite growing up so he lent me his copy 🙂

I signed up for Google Voice as soon as it was available and have been using it ever since. The other day I took a look in my spam inbox and realized there was a man from an online dating app who had been texting me creepy messages for the last TEN years… really glad he didn’t have my actual number.
