In case you missed it, Fox News reused old footage of Trump saluting soldiers in 2025, because when he just did so this month, he disrespected them by wearing a campaign baseball cap while saluting. And Democrats still think going on Fox is a good faith effort to reach out to conservatives.

The problem with that strategy is that given a choice between a real Republican and Republican light, most people choose the real Republican. Clinton's wins were mirages for moving Democrats rightward, because both times Ross Perot sucked away GOP votes.

BUT in exchange, that new amendment now also contains a similar 12-year term limit for Senators and Representatives.
And not effective until the 2032 election.
