being both a furry artist and a game dev is weird because my feelings on ai are pretty much the same as any artists', but i keep seeing artists who are fine with "vibe coding" because they don't see programming as a valuable skill worth learning, and a lot of devs just use ai cos they don't care

Personally I also think pirating software like this isn't a good long-term solution, regardless of any legal / moral debate, because you're still sort of relying on the company to develop and maintain the software and for whatever crack you're using to also be readily available and up to date

Preemptively, I understand the necessity to work with industry standards in some workflows... but this nonsense from Adobe is why I've been transitioning to using FOSS, or at least freeware, for pretty much everything I do. I don't think any company should have that kind of authority over my art.
