I deleted the app. I'd rather be at home doing a puzzle. Plus it doesn't entail the constant messaging back and forth and people trying to set up pet sitters at 10:30 pm on a weekday.
So the next job comes in the lady wants me to work 10&12 hrs for $45 after fees in an unfurnished house that doesn't have a fridge after I have a 15 hr travel/medical day the day before. That's $4.60/hr. Yeah no thanks.
Pro tip, make sure gloves are worn while cleaning the ice and snow off the car. No need to be a hand hypothermic hero.

Brb, gonna delete the dog walking app. Everything is pointing back to the business atm. I'll check out this other position that got back to me for 10 hrs per week. But honestly. I don't friggin know, man.
That went terribly. Dog pissed inside at the front door while putting my shoes on. Absolutely refused to walk with the owner being there. Do us all a favor and just not be home when we come to walk your dog. If I'm working this hard, I'd rather do it with my own business.
2 meet & greets, for one half hr dog walk, and the person is going to be home "just in case but leaving for work". In all my years of dog walking this is the most effort I've put in to get a single walk. 30 yr olds you ok? It's a DOG. Not that complicated.
