I wanted to catch you up on what I have been working on.
A live chat for football, a place you can build a community, and a social network to share your thoughts and work. All in one.
I was too excited not to share this.

If this link doesn't work (which it should) syncd.chat

Desktop is almost fully functional. 95% there
Group channels dropdown >>>>
Finding that the thing that makes or breaks a website is the animations. If the animations aren't there it doesn't feel premium.
Desktop will get a column layout so you can monitor multiple matches at once. (work in progress image)
Fantasy sports will be linked to your profile page.
- FPL points in chat
- FPL leaderboards for team and group communities
- FPL tab in the match chat
- And more features are coming
The possibilities are endless, only limited to imagination. Pages are a work in progress. (Ignore my rank)
This will be formatted better, but I have added lineups!
I'm adding the ability to create channels within each group to better organize conversations and offer a way for Group owners and moderators to customize things.
I have plans to make a mobile app one day but for now it is a web app. You can add the page to your home screen though on your phone.
During the match, match event messages are sent by the system for kickoff, half-time, full-time, substitutions, yellow cards, red cards, goals, etc.
I am adding features based on feedback from users. All feature requests are welcome.
And yes, it will have dark mode. It's not feature complete yet.
And there is a feed to keep up with who you are following.
You get your own profile. (All of this is still a work in progress)
The team pages act as their own group chats for supporters to chat between games.
This is the reason why it is called Syncd. You can sync the clock in the chat to your TV or stream.
If you have your delay set to 20s, it's 10:20, it will only show you messages sent at minute 10:00.
You can finally look at your phone during a match without worrying about a goal being spoiled.
During a live match you can filter messages by group to never miss a message from friends or people you follow.
You can create individual group chats, and either make them public or private to join. If they are private you have to request to join.
All groups will be accessible either through their own group page or on the home tabs.

Trending tab
The Trending and Favorites tabs are fully functional.
Trending shows the top favorited matches, to show you where the next conversation is going to happen.
You can favorite individual clubs and their upcoming fixtures will be added to your own favorites tab.
I have created a social media platform for football.
Two big features:
- Delay Sync: Sync the chat to your broadcast delay to avoid spoilers. Never let a text ruin a goal.
- Group Chats: Talk to other members between games.
You can sign up now for free. I'll share my progress here.

It is easier to get the team to buy in if the message is simple. It spreads within the team quicker and easier.
Why?
The point about Fabio Paratici speaks to a major gripe I have with footballβthe Director of Football should be forced to do at least one press conference before the transfer window opens and closes to outline the direction of the club. They need to be visible like they are in every other major sport
Bottom of the 9th they had a man on 2nd and 3rd with 1 out. Tying run on 2nd. Got thrown out on a double play at 2nd from outfield.
In Game 6 they had the chance. Bottom of the 2nd they stranded bases loaded. One strike away from winning it in the top of the 9th. They had the bases loaded in the bottom of the 9th. Dodgers were more clutch and had better depth.
I do not like the Dodgers but the Blue Jays had several opportunities to end the game.
