Is anyone else very particular about music tempo as they run on a treadmill?
I find that I need to listen to something around 180 bpm to match my typical cadence otherwise my brain short circuits and I get way more fatigued trying to match a different BPM.
Thankful for my 180 bpm playlist. 🙂↕️
