Why are they framing the standing issues as subject matter jurisdiction issues?
We do - it's a long term strategy, but it has worked in lots of places around the world.

I am far from junior and have had no bites on a coauthored piece with another not junior prof. We submitted mid-February, which might be part of the issue with the shift to mass February 1 submissions. But still - it's one of my favorite pieces I've done!
