I haven't done much horse art in recent years, but they have been one of my favorite subjects basically my entire life (tied for first with big cats and women's faces). Here's a few new and old! I actually bought a $5 horse calendar last month for inspiration..

I read Dracula for the first time as part of the "Dracula Daily" thing that has a whole Tumblr community, so there was a ton of extra commentary that made the entire experience very enjoyable. I very much agree that Mina gets the shaft in every film adaptation! (or gets completely written out???)

Reading challenge showing every letter of the alphabet and a corresponding book that the OP read within the year of 2025.

Came across this alphabet reading challenge a week and a half ago, and already had only 7 books left, so I did some more intentional reading and finished out the whole alphabet today. 🤩

It drives me so nuts when I purchase an item and then I get constant ads for that same thing for MONTHS, as though I need another washing machine or the exact same purse 🤦‍♀️

I could have sworn that this exact moment I depicted was in the book, but after scouring through while working on this artwork, I could not find any such scene, so I think I just fully invented it, probably inspired by the discourse around Jonathan Bailey’s slutty little glasses in Jurassic Park 😆😆

There is something so uniquely beautiful and wholesome about the communities that gather at the skating rink. Children and seniors. Teens, parents, couples, ice skaters practicing their form.
