I’ve been apprehensive about it because since taking ADHD medication, my heart rate is generally higher than the year before, and I’ve not been seeking the dopamine rush of cycling that I always craved pre meds. The only cycling I’ve done is little journeys on my Brompton since September.

After seeing a speck of sunshine yesterday, I thought i’d get back on my bike for a proper ride!
