Friday the 13th again and I start a 24hr on call shift. I’ve just taken handover and I’m already crying inside. I’ve had an extra, extra shot in my coffee to give me a kickstart.

I’ve not been feeling this week. I’ve been a bit under the weather and I’ve totally fallen off the diet and exercise wagon.

I have received my bib number and start time for the Manchester Marathon now so hopefully it’ll give me the kick up the arse that I need!
