I had to leave my car at the office today because I couldn’t get into it. The 12v battery died—despite the drive batteries being at ~30%. I have a little jumper battery in the car for exactly this situation, but couldn’t physically turn the key in the lock.

I mostly read thrillers and mysteries. I recently accidentally read a romance novel—I thought the premise was that an assassin was at a wedding in Martha’s Vineyard. Turns out the wedding guests were PLAYING assassin. And also falling in a sort of chaste love that fits in a PG-13 movie.
I liked it.
